Spa Access 1 hour

Spa Age Requirement: Guests must be 18 years or older.
Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your session start time.

What to Bring

• Swimwear
• Towel
• Robe (optional but recommended for moving between facilities)
• Flip flops or pool shoes
• Water bottle (hydration is important during spa sessions)
• Sunscreen (for outdoor areas)

Health & Safety — Please Read

Please do not use the spa facilities if any of the following apply to you:

• You are pregnant (unless you have GP approval)
• You have a heart condition, high/low blood pressure, or a circulatory disorder
• You have open wounds, skin infections, or have had recent surgery or a medical procedure

• By attending your session, you confirm you are in good health and suitable to participate
